WHAT IS THE EVENT?
KISSTORY is taking place in Motion in Bristol with some of your favourite KISSTORY DJs and special guests!
Expect all those Old Skool vibes and classic anthems you love across multiple stages!
WHEN IS THE EVENT?
The event is taking place on Saturday 13th July 2024.
WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
This is a day party at Motion. Doors open from 1pm with last entry at 6pm. We’ll be done and dusted by 10pm.
WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
The event will take place at Motion, 74-78 Avon St, Bristol BS2 0PX
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Subject to point of purchase your tickets will either be issued as e-tickets 1 week prior to the event, or posted to you.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Tickets are non-refundable.
WHAT ARE THE AUTHORISED TICKETING AGENTS?
We strongly recommend that you purchase your tickets through the official ticket agents; Fatsoma, Tixr, Dice, SeeTickets, Universe, Ticketmaster and Skiddle.
We cannot take responsibility for tickets purchased anywhere outside of the above.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 18 TO COME?
This is an 18+ event and we recommend that everyone brings ID (valid passport or driving license), no refunds will be given for lack of ID on the day.
WILL THERE BE DISABLED ACCESS?

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD/DRINKS?
Due to security reasons, no food or drink can be brought into the event.
Free drinking water will be available at the bars and there will be food and drink options available on site.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
We actively encourage photograph taking and expect selfie standards to be a high, but no selfie sticks will be allowed on site!
Professional camera equipment and professional cameras with a detachable zoom lens are not permitted.

WHEN WILL THE SET TIMES BE RELEASED?
We will release set times in the week prior to the event.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THE EVENT?
Please let one of the venue staff know and they will be happy to help!
WHEN DO I HAVE IN THE EVENT BY?
Last entry is 6.00pm.
WILL I BE SEARCHED ON ENTRY AND CAN I BRING A BAG?
Full searches will be in operation on the day, this is a condition of entry.
Bags are accepted but please bring a bag no bigger than an A4 sheet of paper. There will not be a cloakroom or lockable storage on site for larger luggage.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RESTRICTED? CAN I BRING PERFUME OR AEROSOLS?
No aerosols, perfumes, drugs, weapons or illegal substances are permitted on site.
Strictly no glass (including perfume or cosmetic bottles) can be brought into the event.
CAN I BRING A SMALL UMBRELLA?
As a condition of entry, unfortunately, small umbrellas are not allowed in, however, should you wish to pack a small rain poncho that can be opened in front of security on entry you are more than welcome.
Rain ponchos will also be available to buy from the merchandise point should it rain.
CAN I COME IN AND OUT OF THE EVENT?
Once you’re in, there's no readmission, if you leave you will not be allowed back into the event.
