WHAT IS THE EVENT?
KISSTORY returns to London for a one-day outdoor event at Blackheath Common, Dartmouth Field, Blackheath, Goffers Road, London, SE3 0UA, with all your favourite artists and DJs in one place performing the biggest Old Skool & Anthems live!
DO YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 18 TO COME?
This is an over 18’s event. We recommend that everyone brings a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence). No refunds will be given for lack of ID on the day.
WHEN IS THE EVENT?
KISSTORY will take place on Saturday 27th July 2024.
WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
Doors open from 12pm, with last entry at 6pm, unless you purchased an early entry ticket which will be labelled accordingly. It will all be finished by 10.30pm.
WHERE IS THE EVENT TAKING PLACE?
The event will be taking place at Blackheath, Shooters Hill Road, London, SE3 7AS.

HOW DO I GET THERE?
We recommend using public transport to get to Blackheath:
National Rail - The nearest rail stations are Lewisham (8-minute walk) Blackheath (10 minute walk) and Greenwich (20 minute walk). Westcombe Park and Deptford stations are close to us as well.
DLR - The nearest DLR stations are: Lewisham (8 min walk) Elverson Road (19 min walk) Deptford Bridge (20 min walk) and Cutty Sark (22 min walk)
Bus – The following bus routes pass close by KISSTORY - 53, 54, 89, 108, 202, 386 and 380.
Tube - The nearest tube stop is North Greenwich. From here take the No 108 bus to Blackheath and it’s then a 10-minute walk to KISSTORY.
Boat - Yes you can get to us by boat! Thames Clippers, who run regular boat services along the river, stop regularly at Greenwich, and a 25 minute walk to KISSTORY.

Tickets will be released as e-tickets one week prior to the event – please check your inbox!
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Tickets are non-refundable.
WHO ARE THE AUTHORISED TICKETING AGENTS?
We strongly recommend that you do not buy a ticket from anywhere other than our official ticketing outlets (Ticketmaster, Universe, Tixr, Skiddle, See Tickets, AXS and Eventim).
We do not offer re-sale of tickets

WILL I BE SEARCHED ON ENTRY AND CAN I BRING IN A BAG?
Full searches and metal detection will be in operation on the day, this is a condition of entry. To help you get through security as quickly as possible please do not bring a bag larger than an A4 sheet of paper.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RESTRICTED? CAN I BRING PERFUME OR AEROSOLS?
No aerosols, perfumes, drugs, weapons or illegal substances are permitted on the site.
Strictly no glass (including perfume or cosmetic bottles) can be brought into the event.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD/DRINKS?
Due to security reasons, no food or drink can be brought into the event, including bottled water. This is to ensure the site can meet the highest safety standards.
Empty plastic water bottles can be brought on site, and free drinking water will be available at the bars. There will be lots of food and drink options available on site.
CAN I BRING A SMALL UMBRELLA?
As a condition of entry, unfortunately, small umbrellas are not allowed in, however, should you wish to pack a small rain poncho that can be opened in front of security on entry you are more than welcome.
Rain ponchos will also be available to buy from the merchandise point should it rain.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?
Please check the weather before you travel.
In the event of a heatwave please ensure you pack suncream and stay hydrated at the event; there will be free tap water available at the bars and bottled water available to purchase at concession stands. There will be shade available under the big top marquee and at the VIP area for VIP ticket holders.
Should you need any assistance during the event please ask one of the event stewards for help or head to the medical tent should you need medical help.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO GET THERE BY?
Last entry is 6pm, unless specified on your ticket.
CAN I COME IN AND OUT OF THE EVENT?
There is no re-admission. Once you’re in, if you leave you will not be allowed back into the event.
WILL THERE BE CAMPING?
No, this is not a camping event.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?
We actively encourage photograph taking, but no selfie sticks will be allowed on site!
Plus, professional camera equipment and professional cameras with a detachable zoom lens are not permitted.

WHEN WILL THE SET TIMES BE RELEASED?
We will release set times in the week prior to the event.
Make sure you don’t miss out by following @KISSFMUK on socials to stay up to date with all the latest info.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM DURING THE EVENT?
No stress, if you have a problem at the event, there will be a help point in place - this will be available just as you walk in on the right-hand side.
We always suggest telling your friends this is the meeting point right if you think you might get lost!
WILL THERE BE CASH MACHINES ON SITE?
Bars and Vendors will be accepting both cash and card.
Unfortunately, there will be no ATMs onsite and there will be no cashback facilities available, therefore if you are wishing to pay using cash it is advised that you withdraw money on the way to the event.
WILL THERE BE MOBILE PHONE CHARGERS TO HIRE?
Yes, there will be mobile phone chargers available to hire on the day.
WILL THERE BE LOCKERS AVAILABLE TO STORE OUR PERSONAL ITEMS?
Yes, there will be lockers available to hire on the day.
IS THERE CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is no car parking available, all local roads will prevent you from parking so we strongly advise making suitable travel arrangements in advance.
WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?
