How to listen to KISSTORY

Is KISSTORY on DAB?
Yes! From the 31st March, KISSTORY will be moving to DAB+ to give you a better listening experience. If you listen on DAB Radio you will need to make sure it’s DAB+ enabled to ensure you can still listen.
How can I find KISSTORY on DAB?
On your radio, look for the 'auto tune' / 'retune' / 'scan' or 'auto scan' button - press that, and in under 60 secs, you'll have those KISSTORY anthems going strong once again.
What should I do if I can't get KISSTORY on DAB?
When retuning your radio, if you can't find the retune button, hit 'Menu' and your retune option should be there.
If these options do not work, or KISSTORY cannot be found, you may need to do a Full-Scan.
To do this, either press and hold down the Auto-Tune or Auto-Scan button until a Full-Scan begins, or press the Menu button and go through the options until you find Full-Scan or similar. Select this option.
If this doesn't work, move the radio to a different location in your home, extend the aerial fully and try again.
If you still can't get KISSTORY on DAB, the next course of action is a System Reset or Factory Reset. You may need to consult the radio instructions manual or contact the radio manufacturer directly.

What is DAB and DAB+?
DAB+ is the upgraded version of DAB (digital audio broadcasting), with improved sound quality and more stations.
How do I get DAB+?
To receive DAB+ stations you must have a DAB+ enabled radio. If you own a DAB digital radio you'll need to check it's set-up to receive DAB+. You can find out more here.
What are my options if I don’t have a DAB+ enabled radio?
You can continue to listen to KISSTORY by asking your smart speaker to “Play KISSTORY", listen through our web player, or via the Rayo app.
How to listen to KISSTORY
As well as tuning into KISSTORY on your DAB digital radio, you can also listen on our website, on the Rayo app and on your Smart Speaker, just ask your speaker to 'PLAY KISSTORY'.

How can I listen to KISSTORY in the car?
You can listen to KISSTORY in the car by using a low-cost DAB converter or adaptor. You can also use the Rayo app on your phone and connect with Bluetooth or a USB connector to play KISSTORY through your car's speakers.
