Legendary Disco producer Giorgio Moroder has revealed plans to work on Lady Gaga’s new album.
Speaking to Popjustice about his recent collaboration with Britney Spears, he let slip exclusive news about the ‘Born This Way’ singer.
“I was supposed to be in the studio with Gaga a week ago but I got a cold,” he said.
“I’ll see her when I’m back. I have about five or six tracks, just basic ideas. I’m going to be surprised, I think – I don’t have a clue about the way she is recording. Will she play the piano? Will I?”
Moroder also added that there was a chance Gaga could feature on his own upcoming album. “This is for her new album – that’s the intention,” he said.
“I was hoping that maybe I can convince her to have one of the songs for my album. If I could convince her, well that would be incredible.”
Lady Gaga’s new album will be a follow-up to her 2014 release Cheek to Cheek, a collaborative project with jazz singer Tony Bennett.
