Sam Smith announces brand new collaboration for his latest single 'Pray'

Singer Sam Smith has already graced our ears with hits such as 'Too Good At Goodbyes', 'One Last Song' and 'Stay With Me', but now he's just announced his brand new single 'Pray' featuring American rapper Logic.

The new single, which is available to download on March 29th, will be the third single taken from his stunning album 'The Thrill Of It All'.

Announcing to fans the news about his new collaboration, Sam shared the artwork for the track on his social media accounts, writing, 'My new single is PRAY feat. @logic .I am so excited for you to hear this new version of one of my favourite tracks on the album. It was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with Logic to create this, such an incredible artist x Released Thursday.' sic

As well as Logic, Sam teamed up with American record producer Timberland for 'Pray'. The new single will demonstrate Sam's powerful vocals as he's backed by a choir for the soul-infused track.

Speaking about his new single, Sam said, "We are all looking around at what's happening in the world and it is just messed. You've got no choice but to look up to the sky and put your hands together and pray for something to happen, because I feel helpless as a human right now."

Sam released his second studio album 'The Thrill Of It All' in November last year, already releasing the amazing singles 'Too Good At Goodbyes' and 'One Last Song'. The hugely anticipated album went straight to Number 1 in the UK charts, with both singles also performing well.

Sam in now in the middle of the UK leg of his world tour. Having already played dates in Newcastle, Sheffield and Glasgow, Sam is currently in Manchester before he moves on to the likes of Birmingham and London.
