Sam Smith walked away with four awards at the Grammys last night (Sunday 8th February).

The 22-year-old won the top prize for Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal.

American singer-songwriter Beck won Album Of the Year with ‘Morning Phase’, stopping the British singer from achieving a clean sweep.

However the night belonged to Sam, who solidified his status as one of the biggest stars in pop, just nine months after releasing his debut album ‘In The Lonely Hour’.

He was rewarded for being the only solo artist to sell more than one million albums in both the UK and US in 2014.

Sam Smith will perform at The Brit Awards on the 25th February.
