Shawn Mendes and Ed Sheeran are two of the biggest pop stars on the planet right now.
So Shawn Mendes fans were in for an almighty treat when his 'Illuminate World Tour' touched down in New York this week.
The Canadian singer was playing a sold out headline show at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center when he brought out Ed Sheeran for a rendition of his hit ‘Mercy’. Ed sang the second verse of the track to an ecstatic crowd.

Afterwards, Shawn, who has long idolised Ed, told the crowd “That was just as crazy for me as it was for you guys.”
Next stop for the 'Illuminate World Tour' is Washington, then moving on to Latin American next month. He then has shows in Oceania in November, before the tour finishes in Japan on 18th December after a total of 61 shows in 5 continents.
