Diddy is changing his name (yes, again) to 'Love'
We've called him Puff Daddy, Puff, P Diddy, Diddy and now this...
Rapper, producer, and the richest man in hip-hop - has changed his name for the 10245858th time.
Most known as Diddy, he has decided to change his stage name to, Love. He first revealed his new identity in November on his birthday but later said it was a joke, although he has now confirmed it is really happening.
In a interview he said: “The Brother seemed redundant. And it’s working out great. Who doesn’t love Love?”
He concluded, "I’m Diddy, but during the days that are really, really good, I’m Love – which is all of the time.”
Love was named as the highest-paid musician on Forbes magazine's annual list, having earned $130 million (£104.5m) over 12 months, this placed him ahead of other superstars such as Beyoncé ($105m/£80m) and Drake ($94m /£72m).
