'Some of them are very good tunes!': Matthew McConaughey on making up songs with his kids
He's in the new animated movie 'Sing'!
He's playing the theatrical koala Buster Moon in the new animated musical movie, Sing, alongside Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson and John C. Reilly.
So we decided to find out a bit more about Matthew McConaughey's music taste!
Speaking to our Entertainment team, the Dallas Buyers Club actor says he spends his time making up original songs with his three children: 9-year-old Levi, 7-year-old Vida and 5-year-old Livingstone.
"We hum, whistle and sing a lot", the 'Sing' actor mused.
"My son hops on the piano and makes up his own tunes, then we add lyrics to that. Then my daughter hops on the guitar, i'll get on the drums and we'll make a tune of it."
When pushed about whether we'll be hearing a 'McConaughey Family Album' anytime soon, Matthew replied, "I don't know, but some of them are very good tunes!"
On a totally unrelated note, we also found out that his spirit animal is a penguin – we don't know why and neither did he.
