Shania Twain performed her new single on 'Today' and it was amazing

Keeping up her reputation as the world's best-selling female country artist!

Shania Twain performed two singles from her new album, as part of NBC's Today's summer concert series.

The country singer belted out Life's About to Get Good and Swingin' With My Eyes Closed from her album Now, which she recently announced would be released on 29th September.

Her new album marks the singer's triumphant comeback, after a 14-year hiatus from the music scene. Her last album Up! was released back in 2002.

Shania also took a moment to speak to Today, before getting up on stage.

"I'm a go-getter," said the 51-year-old singer. "I'm a fighter. I have a lot of determination in me. I'm fiercely independent. That's what motivates me: challenge, and facing my fears.

"Of course it was scary coming out again after so many years, and writing the whole album alone, which I did on purpose to push myself and really find and rediscover myself as a songwriter, because that's really at the base of everything."

As well as debuting her new album tracks, Shania got everyone on their feet for a dance as she brought back her classic hit 'Man! I Feel Like A Woman'.
