It is a limited edition candle
Late last year KFC New Zealand released the unlikely product, a candle that when lit would give off the aroma of the famous 11 herbs and spices.
"That's pretty tasty!"
Now just a few weeks later the temptation was too much and people have begun to actually try the candle! A group of chicken fans gathered by Newhub NZ couldn't resist the chance to try the limited edition scented candle and their reaction was captured on camera.
"That's pretty tasty" commented one of the panellists who described it as tasting like a KFC Original Recipe Meal.
Only 25 of these candles were handmade by the company's digital marketing manager and given away through a social media campaign.
Those wanting to get their hands on a candle now can do so through an auction to raise money for Life Saving New Zealand.
