Body of a man found in River Lossie during search for missing person
He was found by officers in Elgin at around 2am today

A man's been found dead in Elgin following a search for a missing person.
His body was recovered from the River Lossie earlier today.
Police Scotland say there are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
A spokesperson said: "The body of a 58-year-old man was found in the River Lossie in Elgin around 2am on Monday, 6 November during searches for a missing person.
"There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course."
