A 41-year-old man has appeared in court charged in connection with the death of a mum who was found dead in her New Elgin home.
Kiesha Donaghy, 32, was discovered at her Anderson Drive home on the night of November 16th.
Owen Grant appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court earlier, charged with murder.
Grant, from Elgin, made no plea and has been remanded in custody.
The case is being submitted for further examination.
He's due to make another court appearance within the next eight days.
