Scotland's Scott Quinn takes bronze at Tokyo Paralympics

Scotland’s Scott Quin has won bronze in the SB14 100m Breaststroke at the Tokyo Paralympic Games in a time of 1:05.91.

It takes the total number of medals won by Scottish athletes at the Games to 10.

Reacting to the result, Chief executive of sportscotland, Stewart Harris, said: “Scott continues to deliver when the pressure is on and he executed a brilliant race to win bronze.

"This result comes after years of hard work and congratulations to not only Scott, but his coach, support team and the wider team at Scottish Swimming. What a moment for everyone involved.”
