WATCH – The Lion King and Aladdin Broadway casts have epic airport sing-off
They treated passengers to a surprise performance
The Broadway casts of The Lion King and Aladdin stunned passengers with an impressive sing-off during a six-hour plane delay.
The two casts found themselves stranded at LaGuardia Airport in New York on Sunday after their plane was delayed due to severe weather conditions.
However instead of venting their frustrations at the unfortunate situation, they chose to treat their fellow travellers to an epic sing-off, including classics such as ‘The Circle Of Life’ and 'Arabian Nights’.
The footage has been viewed almost one million times since it was uploaded to YouTube on Wednesday.
This is not the first time the Lion King cast have surprised unsuspecting passengers with impromptu singing, after bursting into song while on the New York subway last year.

The Australian cast have also been involved in the action, with a video of them singing ‘Circle of Life’ on a flight gaining on 23 million views on YouTube.
