The winner of the ‘Grampian’s Got Talent’ contest has been revealed as a 17-year-old local performer.

The talent contest, which took place over 2 months, saw around 30 performers’ battle it out for a headlining spot at this year’s Grampian Pride.

Callum Geddes, a 17-year-old, singer songwriter won over the hearts of the 200 strong audience at the final, receiving the most votes.

Grampian Pride Event Manager, Deejay Bullock, said "The competition was tough all the way through and I couldn’t call who was going to take last nights honour. All 10 acts were amazing, and I hope we see them at Grampian Pride this year. I’m not surprised Callum took the winning spot. He is an extremely talented young man. Who performed his own songs through every part of the competition.”

Callum Geddes will perform on stage at the Pride Village, Queens Links on Saturday 25th May alongside headline sets from Rozalla, Booty Luv & Lynx.
