Concerns grow for missing 61-year-old man from Tullibody

Officers in the Forth Valley are re-appealing for the public’s help as they continuing to search for 61-year-ol Kenneth Wessels from Tullibody.

Kenneth left the Newbiggin Crescent area of Tullibody around 4.45am on Wednesday 4th May.

He was driving his black Toyota Yaris car - registration number SF14 DCT - to Carsebridge Road, Alloa.

There was a further sighting of the 61-year-old in the Gartmorn Dam area of Alloa later in the afternoon of Wednesday 4th May.

It is understood Kenneth has links to Brighton, The Falkland Isles, St Andrews and Aberdeen.

Kenneth is described as white, 6ft tall, medium build, clean shaven with short grey hair.

He was wearing a yellow long sleeved high-vis jacket, blue jeans and was carrying a dark coloured rucksack.

Inspector Andrew Angus said: “I would like to thank everyone who has helped so far in our efforts to trace Kenneth.

“Unfortunately, following enquiries we’ve concluded the sighting at Tullibody Health Centre was not Kenneth and the search for him is ongoing.

“I would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen Kenneth or has any information about his whereabouts to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1083 of 4 May, 2022.”
