Police Scotland is appealing for information following a theft from an ambulance in Stonehaven.

Police Scotland is appealing for information following a theft from an ambulance in Stonehaven.

The robbery took place between 10:30pm on Wednesday and 4:30pm on Thursday.

The vehicle was parked at Kincardine Community Hospital in the Kirkton Road when the equipment was stolen - it's valued at an estimated mid two figure sum.

Sergeant Neil McHattie, from the Kincardine and Mearns Community Policing Team, said: "This is an unusual crime for the area and we are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area around the time of the theft.
