Police look into "deliberate" fire in Fraserburgh
Police say they want to speak to witnesses following a deliberate fire at a property in Fraserburgh last night.
Crews were called to the building on Seaforth Street area at around 9pm.
Detective Sergeant George Nixon, who is leading the investigation, said: "I would urge anyone with information to contact Police as soon as possible.
"Thankfully no-one was hurt and everyone in the building accounted for, however it goes without saying that the consequences of such reckless behaviour could have had fatal consequences.
"Anyone with information should contact Police on 101 or Crimestoppers if you would prefer to remain anonymous on 0800 555111."
