Six teenagers charged after 17-year-old attacked in Aberdeen city centre

Three females and three males aged between 13 and 16 have been charged in connection with the incident.

Six teenagers have been charged after a 17-year-old girl was assaulted in Aberdeen city centre.

The incident took place on Crown Street on 24 April.

Three females - one aged 13 and two aged 14 - and three boys - one aged 15 and two aged 16 -will all be reported to the Youth Justice Management Unit.

Sgt Mark Rennie, from Aberdeen’s Community Investigation Unit, said: “We would like to thank the public for their assistance with this investigation.”
