Teenager dies in Aberdeenshire road accident
A North East family have lost their son in a crash - just weeks before Christmas. The 19 year old - named locally as William Sangster from Auchnagatt - died when the car he was in hit a tree in Mintlaw.
There's been another tragedy on a North East road. A 19 year old boy's been killed when the car he was in hit a tree in Mintlaw on Saturday night. He's been named locally as William Sangster from Auchnagatt.
Four other teenagers were injured, including the 17 year old boy behind the wheel.
No other vehicles were involved, and the road was closed overnight to let the police investigate.
