Three cars vandalised on Aberdeen residential street

They happened on Montrose Drive in Garthdee

Three cars have been vandalised in the Garthdee area of Aberdeen.

The incidents occurred on Montrose Drive over the course of a fortnight.

Two of the vehicles, a grey Peugeot 107 and a silver Ford Fiesta, had their paintwork scratched on Tuesday 11 April 2017.

A grey Volkswagon polo damaged on the afternoon of Tuesday March 28, 2017.

PC John Chalmers said: "Vandalism is not acceptable in our communities and I would urge anyone who witnessed anything suspicious to get in contact with us.

"The financial impact of having your car damaged can be considerable as well as the time spent on repairs. Any information that would assist with our enquiries would be greatly appreciated."
