Tractor stolen in Westhill
The John Deere was taken overnight on Sunday
Police have appealed for witnesses following the theft of a John Deere tractor valued
It's valued at a mid five-figure sum of money.
The tractor, registration SV14 XMZ, was taken between 9pm on Sunday, 9 October, and 7am on Monday, 10 October, from the Raemoir/Westhill area.
It is believed it would have been loaded onto another vehicle.
Constable Alan Denny said: "The farming community is a tight knit one and I would ask that anyone who saw anything unusual or suspicious at the time mentioned or in the previous days contact police.
"It is likely that the tractor was loaded onto another vehicle and transported out of the area. Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101."
