The body of a woman has been found outside a block of flats in Aberdeen.
The alarm was raised at Linksfield Court near the beach just after 5 o'clock this morning.
Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious but officers remain at the scene to investigate.
"Around 5.10 am on Thursday, 5 May, 2022, police were called after a woman was found deceased at the rear of flats on Linksfield Court, Regent Walk, Aberdeen. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact cause of her death which at this time police are not treating as suspicious. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
