Planet Rock’s very own Alice Cooper is dipping his toes into the world of sugary dairy products by launching his own chocolate milk for charity.

The rock legend has joined forces with Danzeisen Dairy in Phoenix, Arizona who have created a limited-edition, custom designed chocolate milk bottle emblazoned with Alice’s face.

Proceeds from sales of the chocolate milk will go to Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock – Alice’s non-profit organisation dedicated to helping troubled teenagers and children. The money will be used specifically to support young people through music, art and dance.

The Alice Cooper chocolate milk will go on sale from local retailers in the autumn, and it will also be available for delivery throughout Arizona.

For fans who live further afield, Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock say they are “working on a possible empty bottle promotion that could be ordered online.”

Danzeisen Dairy also shared a photo of Alice shooting a promotional video for the chocolate milk in front of a green screen.

Earlier this month, Hollywood Vampires – Alice’s band with Johnny Depp and Aerosmith’s Joe Perry - rescheduled their UK tour dates in Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and London for August 2021.

Back in May, Alice Cooper shared his new song ‘Don’t Give Up’, which he wrote and recorded from home during lockdown.

Produced by studio wizard Bob Ezrin, the uplifting anthem melds spoken words with a rousing chorus that directly references the coronavirus crisis.

You can listen to Nights with Alice Cooper on Planet Rock at 7pm on Monday, 10pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 11pm on Thursday RIGHT HERE.
