North East rock quartet Edenthorn have premiered the lyric video for their new single ‘A Matter of Opinion’ exclusively on Planet Rock.

Recorded this year during lockdown and aired during Wyatt’s New Rock Show on Monday (26th October), ‘A Matter of Opinion’ is an instantly infectious, melodic rock gem that comes complete with a pertinent message about standing your ground in the face of detractors.

Singer Kyle Tague explains: “A Matter of Opinion is a song about sticking your middle finger up at those who try to tear you down. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how good you are within your field, someone is always going to have an opinion. But that’s all it is... an opinion.”

Watch Edenthorn’s ‘A Matter of Opinion’ lyric video:

Consisting of two sets of siblings - brother and sister Dylan Gardner (guitar) and Faiba Gabrielle (bass/vocals), and brothers Kyle (vocals) and Mark Tague (drums) – Edenthorn are no stranger to Planet Rock events having previously played Winter’s End in February 2020 and Planet Rockstock in 2019.

They’re also confirmed to play the Main Stage at Planet Rockstock in December 2021 alongside the likes of Vandenberg, Monster Truck, Massive Wagons, Phil Campbell & The Bastard Sons, Those Damn Crows, H.E.A.T., Buck & Evans, Diamond Head, Danny Bryant, Collateral, Myke Gray, and Departed.

Edenthorn have also vowed that ‘A Matter of Opinion’ is the ‘first of many new releases in the coming months.’
