Elles Bailey to host new show on Planet Rock

We’re extremely proud to announce that Elles Bailey is joining the Planet Rock line-up to host a brand new show.
Elles has powered her way to the forefront of the British blues and roots scene in recent years and was one of our most played new artists of 2021.
Now the smoky-voiced blues singer is taking the radio mic for a new weekly show on our station!
Planet Rock's Music and Content Director, Ric Blaxill, says: "I am delighted that Elles is joining Planet Rock. She lives, eats and breathes music and is part of a new generation of artists bringing blues and rock music to a new generation of music fans.

How to listen to Elles Bailey on Planet Rock:
Elles Bailey’s one-hour show commences at 12pm (midday) on Saturday 2nd July 2022 and it continues every Saturday. The show will also be repeated on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
Between 12pm and 1pm every Saturday, Elles will play some of her favourite songs and music from the artists that inspired her, alongside classic rock tracks aplenty.

Elles Bailey released her critically lauded album ‘Shining in the Half Light’ back in February and it boasts the Planet Rock playlisted anthems ‘Cheats and Liars’, ‘Sunshine City’ and ‘The Game.’
This coming September, Elles is the very special guest on Don McClean’s American Pie 50th anniversary tour across the UK.
