Fresh from playing a storming set at Ramblin’ Man Fair, The Dust Coda have premiered their ‘Let Me Go’ video exclusively on Planet Rock.

Available to stream and download from Monday 16th July, the riff-heavy song is about a toxic relationship and it has an alcohol-fuelled and highly fiery video to match.

The Dust Coda say: “This song is about a doomed relationship with a beautiful siren. We collided like comets and total chaos ensued, with a whole host of sidewalk screaming matches and early morning telephone calls. She got her claws in deep, and when she pulled them out she left many splinters. From time to time she would reappear to pick at the scabs...she never stopped disappearing then turning up out of the blue to give me grief.

“Despite knowing that the relationship is toxic, there's something magical about the chaotic chemistry you have with that person...it's almost cinematic. Ultimately, it does you no good and you end up losing yourself. I’ve always been a sucker for a smart and complicated woman.

“Let Me Go was an old idea that had been hanging around for years, but it's been such fun to play that we wanted to bring it to the table for our upcoming run of festivals. We look forward to seeing you rock out to it!”
