Iron Maiden premiere 'Stratego' live video dedicated to their 'incredible fans'

Iron Maiden have premiered a ‘Stratego’ live video that the heavy metal legends have dedicated to their beloved fans.
Capturing Iron Maiden in their imperious live glory, the ‘Stratego’ video was filmed at various shows on the band’s Legacy of the Beast World Tour.
Written by guitarist Janick Gers and bassist/founding band member Steve Harris, the galloping metal anthem ‘Stratego’ appeared on Iron Maiden’s 2021 album ‘Senjutsu.’
Sharing the live video, Iron Maiden wrote: "The U.S. & Canadian leg of the 'Legacy Of The Beast' world tour is now underway! Here is 'Stratego (Live)' — dedicated to you, our incredible fans across the world!"

The sprawling Legacy of the Beast World Tour continues at Tulsa BOK Center on Thursday night (15th September), and the North American leg concludes in Tampa, Florida on 27th October.
Iron Maiden also headline Wacken Open Air in Germany on Saturday 5th August 2023. The event has already sold out its full allocation of 80,000 tickets.
A Number 2 chart hit upon its release, Iron Maiden’s latest album ‘Senjutsu’ was recorded at Paris’ Guillaume Tell Studio with longterm producer Kevin ‘The Caveman’ Shirley, and Iron Maiden founder and sole constant member Steve Harris on co-production.
The album title ‘Senjutsu’ loosely translates to “tactics & strategy” and the Mark Wilkinson artwork depicts a samurai Eddie clutching a bloodied sword.
