Michael Schenker to celebrate 50th anniversary in music at April 2020 shows

Celebrating Michael Schenker’s 50th anniversary in music, Michael Schenker Fest will play four headline shows next spring.

Taking its name from Michael Schenker Fest’s current album ‘Revelation’, which was released globally on Friday 20th September, the Revelation Tour calls in at Wolverhampton, Newcastle, Leeds and London in April 2020.

Michael Schenker says: "Michael Schenker Fest will be touring the UK to promote the brand-new studio album ‘Revelation’ in April 2020 as well as celebrating 50 years of Michael Schenker. We will have a fresh set list and there could even be some extra special guests!"

Presale tickets go on sale from Planet Rock Tickets at 10am on Wednesday 25th September.

Michael Schenker Fest features the titular Michael Schenker alongside vocalists Gary Barden, Robin McCauley and Doogie White plus bassist Chris Glen, guitarist/keyboardist Steve Mann and drummer Bodo Schopf.

‘Revelation’ also featured Graham Bonnet on vocals plus guest singer Ronnie Romero, who currently fronts Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow.

The album is available to buy on a variety of formats including CD-Digipak, 2LP (different colours) as well as a limited boxset incl. CD-Digipak, 2LP (red+black splatter), puzzle, poster 60 x 30, photo cards.
