The Neue Deutsche Härte band began teasing the show on Friday evening (26th July) when they posted a photo to Facebook of a red sports shirt, emblazoned with the Rammstein logo and the number 20, draped over dark green stadium seating.

They captioned the image: “Another UK Rammstein stadium show is coming – can you guess where?”

Many fans correctly guessed the venue as Cardiff Principality Stadium and Rammstein have now confirmed they will play the 74,500-capacity venue on Sunday 14th June 2020. It’s their biggest ever show in Great Britain.

Tickets go on sale from Planet Rock Tickets at 10am on Wednesday 31st July 2019.

Additionally, if fans have already booked tickets for the Coventry date at Ricoh Arena on Saturday 20th June 2020, Rammstein would like to offer the chance to exchange tickets to the Cardiff date for those who find this location more convenient.

Ticket holders should contact point of purchase to confirm the exchange. The cut-off date for all exchange requests will be Friday 9th August 2019.

The Cardiff concert is part of a four-month European stadium tour from May to August 2020 that also includes shows at Belfast Boucher Road Playing Field and the aforementioned Coventry Ricoh Arena.

The 2019 European trek included a gig at Milton Keynes Stadium on Saturday 6th July where Rammstein brought their staggering new outdoor production to the UK for the first time.
