It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the postponement of Planet Rock’s “Rock the Boat” trip which was due to set sail from Hull to Amsterdam on Friday 27th March.

Planet Rock, FKP Scorpio UK and P&O have been carefully monitoring the developing situation with Coronavirus (Covid-19), and closely following government advice and guidance.

Over the weekend the Dutch government brought in measures which has effectively locked down all social, cultural, tourist and entertainment venues in Amsterdam, and the UK Government has advised against all non-essential travel and social interaction. Therefore, we have reached the difficult decision to postpone the event.

While we are sad to not set sail, our primary concern must be the well-being of our passengers, performers and staff at a time when health risks are growing.

We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused however we do have a new date of 9th October 2020 when Rock The Boat can set sail. All tickets will remain valid for this new cruise. Ticket holders will also be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 28 days.

Please note: We are aiming to have the same line-up and are currently working with all bands to try and fix it in their diaries. Obviously with the severe disruption to the whole industry at present, there may be unforeseen clashes and we cannot guarantee all bands will booked again.
