Justin Hawkins, Dan Hawkins, Frankie Poullain and Rufus Tiger Taylor will open proceedings at all six of Ed Sheeran’s outdoor concerts at Leeds Roundhay Park and Ipswich’s Chantry Park in August.

Posting a photo of Justin Hawkins with Ed Sheeran in a pub, The Darkness said: “We're happy to announce we'll be appearing with fellow Suffolk gentleman @edsheeran on his UK dates! Many thanks for inviting us along!”
