The Heroin Diaries: The Musical
Nikki Sixx autobiography to hit Broadway.
Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx has revealed via his twitter and facebook accounts that his 2007 memoir 'The Heroin Diaries: A Year In The Life of a Shattered Rock Star' is to be turned into a Broadway play.Â
"More news to follow in the next few months...We're getting pretty far down the road...We hope for a late 2013 or early 2014 for it to open..." Sixx stated.
'The Heroin Diaries' is composed of personal entries written by Sixx from 1986-1987. It includes the bassist's own near-death experience from a heroin overdose.Â
