The rockers are among a plethora of music stars who appeared on the latest Mean Tweets segment of American chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live this week; where celebrities read out and react to comments internet trolls have written about them.

On the fourth all-music edition of the long-running segment, Planet Rock’s very own Alice Cooper is the first rock star to appear reading out a tweet where he’s compared to a ‘ball sack with facial paint on.’

Ever the good sport, Alice reacts with a shrug and the comment “that’s fair.”

Elsewhere, Green Day read a tweet where a keyboard warrior accuses them of having less talent than the contents of his/her toilet bowl, while pop-punks Blink-182 are deemed to be the musical equivalent of herpes.

Other musicians who feature in the clip include Depeche Mode and Fall Out Boy. You can watch it in its entirety here:

Don’t forget, Hollywood Vampires – featuring Alice Cooper alongside Aerosmith’s Joe Perry and Hollywood megastar Johnny Depp – are playing their first ever headline UK shows this June.
