As we look ahead to the reopening of concert halls, theatres and live music venues on May 17th, Scala Radio celebrates the live music experience with some special programmes.

We've dedicated Bank Holiday Monday to live recordings and performances of some of our favourite orchestras and artists from up and down the UK. Hear Live Music Monday in association with Help Musicians UK from 10am on Monday 3 May.

And to look forward to the return of live performances in the UK, we've also drawn up a list of some of the first concerts UK orchestras are playing. On this page, find out more about concerts staged by the London Symphony Orchestra.
