We are the proud media partner of the Military Wives Choirs 10th Anniversary Concerts, which take place from 18th June to 29th October. The series celebrates 10 years since the formation of the charity, which has built a community of nearly 2000 women in over 70 choirs across the UK and internationally who celebrate a love of singing and the power of shared experiences.
Each concert in the series will feature an appearance by soprano, Military Wives Choirs Ambassador and friend of Scala Radio, Laura Wright. Laura has a long-standing relationship with the Military Wives Choirs, having collaborated on the 2018 album “Remember” by co-writing and appearing on the track Brave.
Tickets are available for the remaining three concerts in the series:
Friday 2nd September: Lincoln Cathedral
Saturday 24th September: Exeter Cathedral
Saturday 29th October: Greyfriars Kirk, Edinburgh
