Ben’s Story
Giving him a new found confidence, Cash for Kids helped Ben by funding a new trike.
Ben loves his trike. It gives him the freedom of mobility, especially as he is still learning how to work the pedals. He now feels part of the community with Mum and sister joining him on his adventures. On his trike Ben builds his confidence and self esteem so that he becomes more aware of his surroundings out with his home.
He really enjoys the attention he receives from people whilst being out and about on his trike as he seems so happy and full of smiles.
It also has helped build his communication skills as whilst being out in the community he likes to wave and say hello to everybody.
