Apart from being one of the most talented hairdressing teams in the area, Martin and the girls at The Hair Lounge are among our most fun, enthusiastic and committed fundraisers! In 2010 and 2011, the Hair Lounge staged their “Cutting it for Kids” Days – fantastic events where the team undertook a 12 hour marathon of hair cutting and donated the proceeds to Cash for Kids. So far, their efforts have brought in just under £5,000 for our local children! For 2012, the Hair Lounge decided to do something a little bit fresh and different……with an entire Fundraising Week for Cash for Kids in September. Cash for Kids would like to thank Martin and his team for their ongoing support – without help like theirs, we would be unable to help over 30,000 local children every year.
