A number of accounts pretending to be Peter Andre have popped up lately - and he's having none of it.

The Mysterious Girl crooner took to Instagram to warn his doting fans about the impersonators, sharing screenshots of his real accounts, the fake ones and conversations the fakers have started with fans pretending to be him.

He wrote, "Gday everyone, just wanted to make you aware about some fake accounts that are pretending to be me.

"There are lots of messages being sent on Facebook Messenger, Twitter and Instagram asking certain personal details - so the first picture are my verified accounts, the rest of them I’m putting on here are the ones NOT to follow or converse with because it’s not ME!"

Pete shared a conversation between one of the fake accounts and a fan, in which she asks, 'Is this really Peter?'

As a result, Katie Price's ex-husband also begged fans to block the fake accounts and advised them to stay safe.

He continued, "Please do report to the social media platform and block. I only ever answer from my verified accounts on FB, Twitter and Instagram and I certainly don’t have anybody answering on my behalf!

"So please be safe, I would hate for anything to happen to any of you. Always look for the blue tick so you know it’s a verified account!"

Don't mess with Pete!
