Dam, this is Gin-ius!

Forget Ketchup and Brown Sauce - we've found the newest condiment trend!

GIN-fusing our favourite food seems to be the thing - and we're not complaining. We've noticed Gin-infused crisps, ice-lollies, cheese and sausages... but this new trend could be the best yet.

Mossel & Gin is a seafood restaurant and bar in Amsterdam, and has introduced GIN-MAYO onto it's menu, and left us wondering why we haven't thought of this before?

Sandwiches have just got so much more interesting - but remember to spread sparingly - the mayo has a 2% alcohol content in it.

Gin has many benefits - studies have shown it's good for your body, your joints and your digestive system - and more recently can keep hay-fever symptoms at bay!

Although it's only available in Amsterdam at the moment, we're sure it will be heading across the North Sea very soon, where we can enjoy responsibly of course!
