An investigation is underway after a fire in Dundee.

Emergency services were called to the blaze at the West End Campus on Blackness Road at around 11.40pm on Sunday 2 July.

Firefighters mobilised two appliances to the scene and extinguished the fire, which had taken hold of a bin close to the school.

There are no reports of any injuries.

Police said they believe the fire was started deliberately and that it caused extensive damage to the property.

Anyone who saw people in the school grounds on Sunday evening or night, or who may have information that would assist police is being urged to get in touch.
