Hunt for runaway driver who crashed near Dundee high school
Police are searching the Stobswell area after people dumped a 4x4 near Morgan Academy this afternoon
There's a hunt for the driver of 4x4 who's on the run after crashing near a Dundee high school this afternoon.
It happened on Forfar road near Morgan Academy - it's not known how many people made off from the vehicle.
Police say there is no risk to the public.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are dealing with a road traffic collision in the Stobswell area and are currently attempting to trace persons who have made off from the scene.
"There is no risk to the public, and there may be a police presence in the area for a time."
