The First Minister says her reaction to the murder of toddler Liam Fee in Fife was one of "shock, horror and revulsion".

Nicola Sturgeon is welcoming a significant case review into the death of the two year old who suffered months of abuse before he was killed by his mother and civil partner.

The youngster fell "off the radar'' of social services despite concerns being raised about him on numerous occasions.
