There is growing concern for a missing 13-year-old girl from Perth, who was last seen on Saturday morning.

Police Scotland are appealing to the public for any information on the whereabouts of Hayleigh Kent, who was last seen in Perth city centre, near Kinnoull Causeway at around 10.15am on Saturday (26th February).

She failed to return home and was reported missing by her family.

Hayleigh is described as white, around 5ft. 7 inches in height, with long, brown hair. When last seen she was wearing a grey hooded top, navy jacket, black leggings and white Nike trainers. She is also thought to be carrying three bags.

Officers say extensive enquiries are under way to find Hayleigh, however, attempts to locate her have so far proved unsuccessful.

Officers are seeking to view any relevant CCTV footage which may provide additional information on where Hayleigh may have gone.

Police say she regularly visits Dundee, Fife and Edinburgh and enquiries are ongoing in those locations.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Hayleigh, or has any information on her whereabouts, to contact them urgently.
