Could executive producers D.B. Weiss and David Benioff be planning a movie version of the massive hit Game Of Thrones?
George R. R. Martin, the author of the books, was speaking to IBNLive.com and said:
"There will be a movie but I will not be involved. I have too much to do. That is something HBO and D.B. and David are dealing with. I have two more books to finish and I still have so much to do. The pressure is on. I am such a slow writer and the fans get upset that I don't write faster."
According to rumours the film will in fact be a prequel.
This is the latest revelation to get fans excited as Kit Harrington, who plays Jon Snow, has been spotted back in costume and taking part in filming. There'd been a lot of speculation if he would return after the climatic season 5 finale.
