Huge Taylor Swift Lego portrait is unveiled

A giant portrait of pop superstar Taylor Swift made entirely out of Lego has been revealed.
Consisting of 35,840 individual bricks, the gigantic mosaic of the ‘Blank Space’ singer measures 2.6 metres by 3.6 metres and was created entirely by fans of the singer.
It was put together to celebrate the opening of Heartlake City, a new Lego Friends themed area at the Legoland Windsor Resort.
Taylor was selected for the portrait after she topped a poll asking youngsters which celebrity they would most like as their best friend.
Fans of Taylor then put together the portrait using a template design created by Master Lego Model Makers over 140 different sections.
Taylor triumphed ahead of Zoella, Ella Henderson, Rita Ora, Olly Murs and Ed Sheeran in the fiercely contested poll.
The Lego likeness is on display until this coming Sunday (31st May).
