Last night (10th September) we got to see Ryan Thomas win this summer's Celebrity Big Brother, but if you're sad that it's going to leave a CBB-shaped hole in your evening around 9pm, don't worry! It's only four days until the civilian Big Brother gets underway, and we've now been given our first glimpse of who is going to be in the infamous house.

Celebrity Big Brother house 2018

Taking to Twitter, the Big Brother official account said, 'Ready for #BBUK? Here's a snippet of your new housemates, on Friday one of them will be given an advantage and it's up to you who gets it!' posting a short introduction video of the housemates.

In the video, we get to hear from a 25-year-old waitress from Barnsley who said she's had a "pretty normal life...growing up on a council estate," and a 23-year-old farmer from Country Tipperary who says, "I deserve a place in the house because you have not had a 23-year-old gay farmer from the heart of Ireland."

See who else you'll be meeting on Friday:

Earlier this month, the new logo for the civilian Big Brother was released and it was psychedelic, space-themed with loads of colours strewn through it.

The Big Brother 2018 Eye

Speaking about the new series, Channel 5 said, 'With this brand-new series comes the first surprise, a brand-new take on the ‘Big Brother’ eye – an interplanetary orb of luminous colours.

'Join presenter Emma Willis at the live launch to witness this highly anticipated new civilian series complete with a whole new feel, an indication of what’s to come for the new series. ‘Big Brother’ is ready with a bold new series of tasks and twists to challenge and surprise the housemates.'

We can't wait to see what they have in store for the new contestants!

Jackie Stallone

Perhaps the greatest entrance into CBB ever, Jackie Stallone was introduced as the queen of the house and iconically announced: "Yeah, I'm Jackie."
She then continued to act like royalty by calling Blazin Squad's Kenzie 'the little kid' because she forgot his name, demanding champagne and calling the house 'a dump'. Her presence was hard for Brigitte Neilsen - ex wife of Jackie's son Sylvester Stallone - who nearly walked out on the night Jackie arrived.
Jackie also hilariously told Big Brother to 'kiss my ass' in the Diary Room.
Jackie: we bow down to you.
