Can you tell me the name of a song you played at a certain date or time?

I'm still waiting for my prize. When will I receive it?

We always try and get your prize to you as soon as possible. If you have won money, it will sometimes be stated on air when you will receive your prize (i.e. before the weekend, by the end of the day). Otherwise, your prize will take up to 28 days to process. For larger amounts this will generally be paid straight into your bank account, but we may opt to send a cheque to the address you gave us when you won. For concert tickets, the promoter will either send you tickets in the post around 7 days before the concert or add your name to a guest list. In any event, allow up to 28 days from the date you won the competition.

How can I get my charity or community event publicised on West FM?

We no longer provide an events listing service on West FM or on westfm.co.uk. Unfortunately the demand for this has dipped considerably in recent years and we can no longer justify the costs or the resources of running this free service. However, we are fully committed to supporting our listeners who organise community events by providing some useful links on our website. Just click this link to see the list. I've lost my pet. Can I have this broadcast on West FM or on your social media channels?

Unfortunately we are unable to help with this. Please call the Scottish SPCA on 03000 999 999 for advice and assistance.

Can you give me/my friends/family a shout out on the radio?

The best way to contact the studio is by phone or text. Call 01292 272444 or text WEST and your message to 61025. Calls and texts are charged at your standard network rate.

Can you play me a song on the radio?

Sorry, but we don't do song requests during our normal programming.
