Police are searching a wind farm in South Ayrshire, are part of the investigation into the disappearance of Emma Faulds.

Detectives say the Kilgallioch power plant is part of the wider search area.

40-year-old Ross Willox has appeared in court charged with Emma's murder and defeating the end of justice.

Emma's body's yet to be found after she was last seen on 28 April in Fairfield Park in Monkton.

Previously officers have asked for information on the movements of two black cars on the A714 between Girvan and Newton Stewart as part of their inquiry - a Mercedes and a Jaguar.

The Mercedes was seen on Monday 29 April, while the Jaguar was sighted the following day
